Leveling roll treatment: Hardening and tempering stress,  quenching (HRC54N HRC60) cold plate,  stainless steel, surface  hard chrome plating treatment for leveling roller. Â
Reducer: Selection of ZQ standard type,  ZY hard tooth face,  TR hard tooth face reducer.
Distribution box: Self control:Â
Class IÂ drive and class II distribution type gear is 20CrMnTi carburized gear.
Universal joint: Automobile universal shaft,  metallurgical industry universal shaft.
Adjusting mode: Manual +Â electric adjustment.
Lubricating mode: Based on centralized lubrication with manual or electric pump.
Application of machine: Applicable to leveling of universal requirement of carbon steel plate and stainless steel plate.
