(1) Operate function: cut the plate by longitudinal into vertical strips of various widths

(2)Structure composition: Consist of slitting host, power system, the host by the frame, up and down cutter shaft and the spacing regulating mechanism of cutter shaft. Slitting machine single body was pushed out by the screw drove by motor, convenient and fast tool change;

(3)The technical details:

• Ø       Both the upper and lower shaft rotated actively, by AC motor, reducer, clutch, gear box and universal shaft coupling transmission;

• Ø      Through the worm gear and worm electric adjustment to change the knife shaft spacing adjustment blades overlapping;

• Ø       Knife shaft is equipped with knife disk and locating sleeve, the knife dish and locating sleeve move fast on the shaft to positioning; Knife shaft bearing is a  weldment, one side is mobile, the other side is fixed, when change tool the moving bearing pull along the guide roller of the base, cutter shaft bracket supporting on a fixed support.

(4)Spindle

a.Material: 42CrMo   surface hard chromium plating

b.Process flow: rough machining →tempering→ finish machining →surface

 Hardening →grinding → chroming → grinding;

c.Cutter shaft adjustment: The lower shaft is fixed, and the upper shaft drove by 0.75KW AC motor.

d.Row knife way: depending on the width size of slitting to change and move tools

(5)Drive device: drove by the 45kw DC motor, and regulating speed by DC speed regulator

(6)Parameters: The cutter disk size:Φ320×Φ200×10 ( (OD×ID×TH)

The cutter disk material: Cr12MoV
