● National II

From July 1, 2004, the second phase of the National Vehicle Pollutant Emission Standard (Gbl8352.2, referred to as the National 2 Standard), which is equivalent to the European No. 2 Standard, has been implemented nationwide. All new fixed-type light vehicles must comply with Standard requirements, and stop reporting and approval of light vehicles that meet the first phase of the National Vehicle Pollutant Emission Standard (equivalent to the European Standard No. 1 or simply No. 1 Standard).

The so-called National II standard means that the emission limits for carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons, nitrogen oxides and particulate matter are 2.2 g/km and 0.5 g/km.

● Country III

The so-called "National III Standard" refers to the third-phase limit of the national vehicle pollutant discharge standard (GB18352.3-2005, hereinafter referred to as the National III standard). According to reports, China's "National III Standard" is equivalent to the European III standard, and vehicles that meet the "National III Standard" can significantly reduce the pollutant emissions of bicycles, and its total discharge of pollutants to the "National II standard" vehicles About 40% reduction.

The so-called National III standard refers to gasoline vehicles: HC: 0.66%; CO: 2.1%; NOx: 5%; PM: 0.1%. Diesel vehicles: HC+NOx: 0.56%; CO: 0.64%; PM: 0.05%.

● National IV standard

The National IV emission standard is the national fourth-phase vehicle pollutant discharge standard. The vehicle emission pollutants mainly include HC (hydrocarbon), NOx (nitrogen oxide), CO (carbon monoxide), PM (particles), etc. The application of technologies such as active layers of good catalytic converters, secondary air injection, and exhaust gas recirculation systems with cooling devices controls and reduces the standards for emissions of pollutants from cars to below specified values.

The National IV standard is called "National Phase IV Motor Vehicle Emission Standard" and it is equivalent to the European "Euro IV Standard". In terms of emission control, the National IV standard motor vehicles need to further reduce 30%-50% of pollutants on the basis of State III to achieve compliance. At present, only Beijing, Shanghai, and the Pearl River Delta region in the Mainland have explicitly implemented the standard. In the future, the national IV standards will be implemented one after another. Research shows that an automobile pollutant that meets the national IV standard can be reduced by 50% compared with the same type III country standard. At the same time, the use of National IV vehicles in conjunction with National IV oil will reduce the total amount of pollutants emitted by the entire Pearl River Delta motor vehicle by 15%-20%.

Drying Equipment Series

Drying equipment is a crucial component in many industries, including food processing, pharmaceuticals, and chemical manufacturing. These machines are designed to remove moisture from materials and products, which can help to increase their shelf life, improve their quality, and reduce their weight.

There are many different types of drying equipment available on the market today, each with its own unique set of features and benefits. Some of the most common types include air dryers, rotary dryers, fluidized bed dryers, and freeze dryers.

Air dryers are the simplest and most affordable type of drying equipment. They work by blowing hot air over the surface of the material or product being dried, which causes the moisture to evaporate. Rotary dryers are similar to air dryers, but they use a rotating drum to agitate the material and improve the drying process.

Fluidized bed dryers are a more advanced type of drying equipment that use a bed of hot air to suspend and dry the material being processed. This allows for faster and more efficient drying, as well as improved product quality.

Freeze dryers are a specialized type of drying equipment that are used primarily in the pharmaceutical industry. They work by freezing the material being dried and then removing the moisture through a process called sublimation.

Regardless of the type of drying equipment used, it is important to choose a machine that is well-suited to the specific needs of your industry and application. Factors to consider when selecting a drying machine include the type and volume of material being processed, the required level of moisture removal, and the available space and resources for installation and operation.

Overall, drying equipment is an essential tool for many industries, and can help to improve product quality, reduce waste, and increase efficiency. With so many different types of machines available on the market today, it is important to carefully evaluate your options and choose a machine that will meet your specific needs and requirements.
