Die casting mold industry is still affected by many factors

Second, manufacturing technology, due to backward technology, the development of China's die-casting mold industry has been greatly hindered, and it has become a major bottleneck in the development of the die-casting mold industry. Third, China's die-casting mold industry's inadequate supporting system is another major obstacle to its development. In general, the management level of China's die-casting mold enterprises is generally low, and there is basically no good norm. Many of them are still managed by workshops. Many companies are themselves managed by the boss themselves, and they are responsible for everything. This kind of management model has greatly limited the further development of China's die-casting mold enterprises.

Although the domestic die-casting molds have made major breakthroughs during the 11th Five-Year Plan period. However, its international reputation ranks still behind, and its output is also rising. However, most die casting molds are only for domestic demand. Due to the constraints of technology, it is difficult to break through the quality. At the same time, some domestic large-scale demand enterprises have frequently extended their olive branches to die-casting mold enterprises abroad. A serious trade deficit has made domestic die-casting enterprises struggle.

It is reported that in order to reduce this increase in trade deficits, actively cultivating key enterprises in die casting, promoting technological development, and developing clustered production methods are effective ways and directions for China's die casting industry to change its trade deficit.
