1. It is the trend of the auto industry to reduce production capacity.

The serious surplus in the auto industry is an indisputable fact. In fact, the entire industry is feeling that it is difficult to do business, not a high-frequency change of the boss and the closure of the store is a signal.

Therefore, excluding policy factors, it is inevitable that a large number of poorly-operated stores in the industry will be shut down in the next one to three years.

At this time, the government's centralized shutdown and transfer of stores due to environmental issues are not the main reason for the closure of stores. It only accelerates the occurrence of this result formally.

In fact, the government has always been a standard in the auto repair industry. In the past, the proportion of stores in the past was unlicensed, missing, and offsite. What is the case? EIA, noise, and pollution are all unqualified. These conditions have always existed in the industry. For some reason, it has not been cleared, but it is only time that it has begun to clear it.

Basically, everyone in the industry has a forecast that at present, 460,000 licensed auto repair institutions will be reduced to 200,000 or even fewer in the next 3-5 years. Auto repair as a necessary service item for people also has a very great necessity for its existence. The contradictory attitude toward auto repair is similar to that of a hospital: all hope that there will be a good hospital nearby, with urgent and convenient conditions. However, they do not want to take too close to him.

After the policy is severely cracked down for a period of time, it will inevitably reopen the authorizations and licenses. This is an opportunity to build new compliance stores.

For example, recently, Chengdu issued an emergency notice to make it clear that the three “do not allow” to stop the rectification of environmental protection issues “across the board.” It is a signal that we can generally see the degree to which the policy needs to be adjusted. To a certain extent, it will inevitably bring great inconvenience to the lives of the people and the policies will certainly be loosened. But never expect to return to the original.

The company has given opportunities for the rapid emergence of legal transportation and rigorous transportation of dangerous goods and warehousing companies.

This large-scale policy adjustment in the country can in fact be regarded as a “black swan” incident in the auto repair industry. The disordered to orderly turning point of the industry is here. At this time, it is no longer the bad money that drives out good money, but good money to eliminate bad money.

3. Super-government standard management is the right way

The enlightenment to industry practitioners is that the era of healthy competition in the industry has come. Users have a lot of opportunities for consumer re-selection because of the closure and transfer of stores. Who can legally operate, and having a license is only a basic condition. It is even more important than a service standard that is higher than government standards and industry standards. Relying on services and technologies to get users and retain users is the right path.

Therefore, there are three suggestions for the basic requirements of industry personnel:
