Precaution:

Lanzhou, August 16th. At present, the flood road repair and rectification work in Gansu Province has been fully completed. According to the monitoring of the meteorological department, compared with the same period of the year, the precipitation in June of this year in Gansu province was over 20% in most of Hexi, northern and central Hebei, and northeastern Yunnan. In July, the average precipitation in Gansu was 94 millimeters, which was more than 7 years ago. It was mainly concentrated in the south-central Minzhong, Jidong, Minnan and Gannan regions. The reporter learned from the transportation department of Gansu Province on the 16th that all localities have carried out repairs to highway water damage in a timely manner, and rated water damage to roads has been reduced to a level that effectively protects the roads from being unblocked.
