2, the operator did not press the manual requirements, arbitrarily adjust the pressure, so that the system pressure exceeds the specified value is also likely to cause large pump burst.

Solution for solving the problem of large pump bursting:

According to practical experience, the pressure can be adjusted by turning the pilot clockwise one clockwise, and the system pressure can be increased by approximately 3.0 to 4.0 MPa; conversely, the system pressure can be reduced by approximately 3.O to 4.0 MPa. In addition, the pressure-relief grooves on both sides of the plate should be installed in the high-pressure chamber of the gear oil pump so as to prevent the oil pump from generating “oil trapping” and causing the oil pump to burst.

Possible cause of gear pump oil leakage analysis:

1. Due to long-term high pressure, the inner working gear pump makes the connecting bolts of the left and right pump cover and the pump body become longer, causing loose oil leakage;

2. If the pump cover or pump body has radial cracks, scratches, damaged seals, etc., it will also cause oil leakage.

The solution to solve the problem of gear pump oil leakage:

Periodically (approximately 6 months) check for loose bolts. Sometimes bolts cannot be locked due to the shallow depth of bolt holes. At this time, the bolts should be short.
