Covers kinds of products:Flange,tube sheet, wind power flange and bearing,gear ring,slewing bearing,yaw pitch bearing, forged rim and so on.We can produce all kinds of high cylinder forging, wide thickness seamless rolled ring, the outer diameter of rolled rings from 600mm to 9000mm,and the height can be reach 1500mm.
AVIC EXCELLENCE FORGING have two forging lines, one line equipped 4000 tons hydraulic pressure machine and OD6300mm rolled ring machine, another line equipped 5000 tons oil pressure machine and OD9000 mm rolled ring machine. The annual capacity of forging manufacture is 60000 tons . We also have over ten sets all kinds of heat treatment furnaces, and could do normalizing, annealing, quenching, tempering, aging, solid solution and so on. The outer diameter of biggest furnace is 8500mm.
AVIC EXCELLENCE FORGING also have over ten sets different size vertical lathes, from 1.6 m to 8 m.At the same time, AVIC Excellence Testing Center is the only testing center of AVIC Metal Test Technology Co. Ltd. a third party service platform of AVIC Industry, very important. And, it is an experienced, capable and highly qualified state-level third party testing platform. We have equipped SPECTRO direct-reading spectrometer, high temperature tensile tester, low temperature impact tester, hardness tester, metallographic testing equipment, ultrasonic fault detector and other Physical and chemical inspection analysis equipment.
