LINA Water Ring Pelletizing Machine
LINA water ring granulator is actually die surface hot cutting and water cooling pelletizing line, whose cooling method is different with LINA hot cutting granulation line. Particles cut by rotary blade are taken by a water flow, but the water does contact with the die surface. The pelletizing method of water ring granulating is suitable for rubber and plastic polymers like EVA, HDPE and so on.
Advantage of LINA Pelletizing Line

TSG series Moving Lifting Charging Machine is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry for transferring and charging powder and granules. It can be used along with such main equipments as blender, mixer, mill cum sifter, tablet press, coating machine, capsule filling machine and so on. PRINCIPLE:
TSG series Moving Lifting Charging Machine consists of chassis trolley, post, hydraulic system, turnover structure. Etc. To start to work, cover the drum with the cone adapter and seal then tightly with hoop to form an integrated hopper. Switch on the lifting handle, the hopper is lifted; Then switch on the turnover handle, the hopper turns over 180° . Move the chassis trolley, orientate it and fix the outlet of the cone adapter with the inlet of the next processing equipment. Open the butterfly valve on the cone adapter, materials flow out fluently into the next equipment.
