Confocal Laser Scanning Microscopy (CLSM) consists of confocal
microscopy, laser and data acquisition system. It is a combination of the
optical microscope, the modern laser technology, Raman detection technology,
scanning control technology, computer image processing technique and
fluorescence labeling technique. Its application and research field include the
observation of life living cell structure and specific molecular, Ion
biological changes, pharmacology, genetics, spectroscopy and related subjects.
Specific applications such as: stochastic optical reconstruction microscopy(STORM), fluorescence lifetime-transient
scanning(FLITS), fluoresence recover after photobleaching(FRAP), stimulated emission
depletion(STED)etc.

Recently, the Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Industry and Commerce of Shandong Province inspected the auto parts in the circulation field.
It has sampled 6 batches of tire products.
Among them, the horse brand tires involved 3 batches, the most frequent.
In addition, Qingdao Industrial and Commercial Bureau also inspected Hantai, Bridgestone, Youke Homa and other brand tires.
The sampled tire products came from Qingdao Runwei Auto Sales and Service Co., Ltd., Qingdao Ruihe Auto Sales & Service Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Tianlai Auto Sales & Service Co., Ltd.
It is reported that Qingdao Industrial and Commercial Bureau mainly inspected the outer edge size of tires, the height of wear marks, durability, low air pressure performance and high speed performance.
The sampling results are all qualified.
