Wang Wuxiong, chairman of Qinghong Electromechanical Co., said that the AP42SL gantry-type thermostatically controlled high-precision wire cutting machine is designed for energy-saving and high rigidity, ensuring long-term stability of the mechanical body, energy-saving and environmental protection and high-precision control loop design, and constant temperature design control of the machine structure. The rigid gantry type design with thermal displacement symmetry and balance cancellation, and the self-compensation system for the lower arm temperature difference can reduce the thermal displacement due to temperature changes and ensure high precision requirements after processing.
The machine is equipped with a linear motor drive that never produces backlash. It uses a linear scale full dead loop digital servo to improve the efficiency of fine machining. The lower arm does not penetrate the processing tank, and the special oblique discharge line design improves. Generally, the water-immersed wire cutting machine needs to penetrate the processing water tank due to the lower arm, which is prone to water leakage and interference due to friction, which affects the processing defects. Provide high-precision molds with high precision for repeatability and positioning at 1μm.
