The first one, this is very simple and very effective, and it is also very suitable for non-professional trials, and there are few devices to use; use electric wire to put the four batteries out of 0v, then charge them with the charger. This method fixes the softening and unevenness of the battery, and the capacity is greatly increased. Doing a normal battery for 3 months can achieve good maintenance and extend the life of the battery.

Secondly, the over-charging can solve the problem of vulcanization of the battery. After the normal charger is full, the flashing lamp can not be overcharged. We can use the 48v charger to charge the 36v battery, and the 60v charger to charge the 48v battery, but we must do a good job of cooling down. Limit the flow, control the temperature of the battery, put it in the water to cool down, or open the cover of the battery, and remove the rubber plug to dissipate heat well. The current limit can be solved with a series resistance wire. The vulcanization can be repaired by a 1a current overshoot for 5-10 hours.

Third, open the battery cover, remove the rubber stopper, add water to each cell, and then overcharge to achieve better results. More than one year of battery will lose more or less water, 12a battery can be added 5-8 ml, 20a battery plus 8-13 ml. It is best to add twice distilled water, and add pure water without any conditions.
