General requirements

Vigorously cultivate market innovation entities, accelerate the establishment of green data center service platforms, improve standards and technical service systems, promote innovation in key technologies and service models, and guide the improvement of green levels.

(3) Main objectives

Three safeguards

(1) Strengthen organizational leadership.
